Yacht Investment Opportunities | Tokenized Naval Assets

Premium yachts in high-demand markets (Mediterranean summer, Caribbean winter) generate gross charter rates of 8-12% of vessel value annually. After deducting operating expenses (crew, maintenance, insurance, docking, management fees), net distributions typically range 6-9%. Combined with potential appreciation and tax-efficient structuring, target annual yields reach 10-15% for qualified investors.

Each vessel undergoes rigorous pre-acquisition diagnostics (non-destructive testing, class certification, engine/hull surveys). A maintenance reserve fund (typically 5-7% of annual revenue) is held in the SPV to cover scheduled upkeep and unexpected repairs. Major unforeseen issues are managed transparently, with token holders voting on capital expenditure proposals via the investor portal.

Fractional ownership includes a limited annual usage allowance (typically 2-4 weeks, pro-rated by token percentage), subject to scheduling and advance booking. Personal usage periods are non-revenue generating but cover base operating costs. Additional personal charters can be booked at preferred market rates. All usage is coordinated through the professional charter manager to ensure compliance with insurance and flag state regulations.

Tokens are ERC-3643 security tokens stored in regulated custody or compliant wallets. Smart contracts are independently audited. Exit options include: (1) Secondary market trading from Year 3+ to verified accredited buyers; (2) SPV-managed vessel sale at end of hold period, with proceeds distributed pro-rata; (3) Aurema Group’s right of first refusal at independent appraisal value. Full liquidity terms are detailed in the PPM.
